The Paper is a translation of Alesh Zalar's article from the publication: Zalar, Ales (2004), Managing Judicial Change through Mediation — Part 2, ADR Bulletin: Vol. 6: No. 9, Article 4. This paper is the second part of an article describing the successful implementation of court-based mediation in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
